An impressively large, air-conditioned kitchen is full equipped with electric oven and combination hob (1 electric ring and 3 gas rings), large fridge freezer, dishwasher and water dispenser. A separate utility room, located just off the kitchen, houses a washing machine and tumble drier. It has lots of work space and the window above the double sink looks out over the pool, and again takes in the wonderful views. A back door leads out onto the pool area.

This villa has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, one of which is a double, ensuite shower room, situated on the ground floor. Perfect for those guests who have difficulty with a lot of stairs, or for those who would just appreciate their own space. The air-conditioned room has a dressing table with large mirror, bedside cabinets and lamps. The shower room is down three steps and has a window, mirror and shaving socket.

The very large over flow pool with Roman steps and surrounding patio area is imposing. If you get fed up with splashing around in the crystal clear pool, have a go at the table tennis. You may wish to do something less active like relaxing on one of the sunbeds or enjoy lounging under the metal framed pergola with a glass of your favourite drink. Enjoy eating al fresco, the freshly prepared food from the gas BBQ, at the large outside dining table. An outdoor shower and parasols complete the external amenities.

The staircase, with iron rail, has sun streaming on it, thanks to the large window, with vertical blinds, and leads to the 1st floor, where there are another 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles and 1 single, and a large family bathroom. The bathroom has shower over bath, bidet and lots of storage cupboards for towels and toiletries.

The master double bedroom, looks out over the pool area and shares a balcony with the twin room next door. Gorgeous views in abundance. It has a very large dressing table with mirror and stool. The window over the bed has sea views and a large, high ceiling ensuite shower room, with bidet, lots of storage and shaving socket. It too has sea views.

The second double bedroom is located at the front of the property and has a dressing table with chair, bedside cabinets with lamps and lots of wardrobe space. The patio doors, with fly screens, open onto a shared balcony, which has a mosaic table and 2 chairs.

The twin room bedroom benefits from sharing the balcony at the front of the villa as well as sharing the one at the back. Stunning views of the mountains and sea from every angle. As well as having bedside cabinets and a lamp, it has a TV and playstation 2 (please bring your own games with you).
