Being just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, this villa will make you smile with its colourful furnishings and modern decoration. Situated on a quiet complex, we also manage another villa just across the road from this property; making them ideal for groups of friends

The villa sits on a corner plot with small gardens to the front and rear of the property and it also has off road parking.

As you enter the villa, you will immediately be smitten with the vibrant furnishings and thrilled with the amount of light that comes flooding in to the open plan living area. A fully equipped kitchen leads on to the dining area, where you can have a choice of what colour chair to sit on.

Relax in the contemporary lounge area whilst watching TV or a DVD (please bring your own DVDs). Go through the patio doors and you will find yourself in a lovely shaded astro turfed garden area, which gives a little respite from the summer sun.

Continuing the colour theme into the garden, patio doors lead out to an area where you can enjoy al fresco dining, at a lime green rattan table that has angular shaped chairs. The private pool area is plenty big enough for you all to enjoy with sun beds scattered around the crystal clear pool.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two doubles and a cozy twin room. All are furnished to a high standard with bright, matching accessories and all the rooms have small private balconies, with good storage areas and mirrors. The master double bedroom also benefits from an ensuite shower room.
