This villa is the perfect retreat for those wanting a peaceful, relaxing holiday as it is situated in the Ayia Triada area of Protaras, close to the beautiful harbour and golden sandy beach.

Located in the corner of a quiet cul-de-sac, the front of the property belies the space that this villa presents. The simply styled garden makes the best use of space for a snugly fitting pool, eating area and shaded off road parking. Trees and shrubs have been planted around the villa to offer some shade from the beautiful Cypriot sun.

On entering the villa you will be impressed with the amount of light that streams through the property, as well as the standard of furnishings laid out before you with their colourful accessories and bright canvasses. Entertainment is provided in the form of a table tennis table, play station 2 (please bring your own games), iPod docking station or connect to the free Wi Fi. All this can be enjoyed whilst relaxing on the comfortable leather sofas.

As well as the dining area and well equipped, modern kitchen, the ground floor boasts a twin bedroom with large amounts of storage, and although it is not ensuite, there is also a downstairs shower room with w/c. Further accommodation is located on the first floor, with another twin bedroom and double bedroom, both sharing a family bathroom. Both bedrooms are furnished to a high quality and both of them have access to their own private balconies.

However, there is even more to come as you make your way up to the second floor to the roof top patio which is equipped with cozy lounge furniture and is the perfect place to unwind with your glass of wine or ice cold beer whilst taking in the wonderful sea views in the background. It is a lovely area from which to watch the sun go down.
