Being just a few mins walk to the beach, this villa captured our attention with its uncomplicated style, exceptional furnishings, modern decoration and selection of fine accessories. No expense has been spared in creating this beautiful holiday home. Situated on a quiet complex, we also manage another villa just across the road from this property, making them ideal for groups of friends

When you approach the villa, you will notice the small stone planted area with plants and shrubs in the front garden. To the left of the property is a gated, off road parking area, which leads to a pergola covered patio, ideal for relaxing on the comfortable wicker lounge furniture with bright orange cushions and rectangular glass top table. From here, you move to the rear of the property, where the beautiful pool and patio area is. Enjoy eating al fresco, the meal that you have cooked on the gas BBQ, at the shaded small round glass top table and 4 matching chairs. The crystal clear pool has a ladder, and a shower is provided for your convenience. Lounge on one of the four sunbeds, take in the lovely surrounding views and lose yourself amongst the peace and quiet. If you are feeling more energetic, table tennis is provided.

The villa is fully air conditioned and blinds are provided to cool the rooms should respite be needed from the glorious Cypriot sun.

Open the door and walk straight into the small but perfectly formed kitchen. Wooden cupboards and black granite work tops are complimented by the stainless steel fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave and integrated washing machine and dishwasher. A ground floor w/c with sink and oval mirror is a welcome convenience and a separate storage cupboard is a useful extra.

The simple elegance of the dining area is shown through its large oval black glass table and six contrasting white leather chairs. A wavy full length mirror, adds to the feeling of space. Patio doors lead out to the shaded patio.

The black and white theme continues into the lounge with a white leather corner sofa and black oval shaped glass coffee table. WiFi access is an added bonus on top of the flat screen TV.

Marble staircase, decorated with small wall mirrors, has a small wooden hand rail at the top and leads to the first floor, where there are two bedrooms, a double and a twin, and a family bathroom with shower over bath, sink, oval mirror and frosted window.

The double room, located at the front of the property, is furnished with wooden bedside cabinets and lamps, and decorative art. A sliding door leads to the ensuite shower room with sink, round mirror and frosted window. Patio doors lead to a private balcony with sea views.

The twin room at the back of the villa has a chest of drawers with a large mirror, bedside cabinet and lamp and pictures above the beds. Patio doors lead to a balcony overlooking the local area.
