The kitchen/dining area is equipped with an electric oven and hob, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster. A window, overlooking the rear of the complex, bathes the apartment with natural light. A glass dining table and 4 chairs complete the layout.

From the lounge area, a sliding door leads to two good size bedrooms. Both bedrooms, a double and twin, have two windows, with blinds and overlook the communal pool area. However, the most unique feature of this apartment in both bedrooms is that on opening the large middle wardrobe door you are lead through to your very own en-suite shower room with window.
