Mandria village is located within easy reach of Pafos Airport and is 16 kms from Pafos with it’s lively nightlife, shops, bars and tourist attractions to suit all the family. It is a typical Cypriot village with a picturesque square where there are several bars and tavernas and an internet cafe, if you are feeling homesick, there is even a Fish and Chip Restaurant! A supermarket is only 5 minutes drive away.

This two bedroom townhouse is only a five minute walk from the village square and is situated on a small, quiet, modern complex which backs onto farmland. The footpath at the rear of the house will take you down to the unspoiled beach in a leisurely 15 minutes stroll, there is also a communal pool on site.

The house itself has off road parking to the front, a large through lounge, a downstairs WC and a fully equipped kitchen looking out over the courtyard garden (with table and chairs and a barbeque) and the fields beyond. Upstairs there are two large bedrooms both with ensuite wc/shower rooms. The master bedroom to the front of the house has a large balcony to sit and enjoy the quiet of the evening or to check up on what the neighbours are doing!
