The villa is surrounded by a large terrace overlooking the hills that includes the swimming pool. At the back of the terrace is an orchard with peaches, pears, plums and other fruits.

Villa Maria is spacious and furnished to a high standard and with few steps to the house, it may be suitable for guests with limited mobility as there is a twin bedroom downstairs bedrooms/shower room as below. Ground floor: The open-plan lounge is comfortably furnished and Satellite English channels include BBC. French doors to poolside and terrace overlooking sea.
