Located away from the hustle and bustle of nearby Ayia Napa this villa is perfectly situated as a peaceful retreat for those wanting a relaxing and lazy holiday. Close to the pretty little bay of Liopetriou, it offers you everything you need to soak your cares away. A colourful garden with palm trees, shrubs and a rose garden surround the villa, giving a tropical feel at every turn. A raised patio with sun beds makes the most of the sun trap that this villa basks in. Dining al fresco has been made easy by the outside covered eating area where you can sit and enjoy your surroundings right up until the sun goes down.

Step inside and the luxuriousness of this villa becomes evident, from the well equipped kitchen to the stylish living and dining areas. The lavish kitchen delivers on looks and facilities and has plenty of dining room space in the form of both a dining table and breakfast bar. A convenient ground floor double bedroom has patio doors which lead onto the pool area and a shower room is situated next door.

Pass into the living area and you will love the open fire with exquisite stone surround, not to mention the same stone decoration on the large archway, leading up the side of the stairs with panoramic views through the large windows. But it is the height of the ceiling of the living area which will take your breath away. The large patio doors and high windows let floods of light stream in but the beautifully coloured blinds and curtains offer necessary shade. This area is furnished to a high standard from the comfortable orange sofas to the large piece of accessorized art work above the television, all of which add to the luxurious feel of the property.

At the top of the stairs is a small minstrel gallery landing from which to enjoy the downstairs space and admire the quality of the furnishings. On the first floor the family bathroom services two further double bedrooms, which have the same high ceilings as the downstairs. The master double bedroom is decorated to a very high standard with a Juliet balcony and views over open fields to the back of the property. The lovely, light front bedroom benefits from having access to a spacious terrace with terrific sea views. This terrace can also be accessed through a separate door off the landing, giving you another beautiful relaxing area.

You can’t come to Ayia Napa without at least one visit to the Water Park and this villa is only about a 5 minute drive away. This is an exclusive property in a quiet location and a must for those who wish for the most relaxing holiday.
