It is not just the beach that is near, but bars, restaurants and mini markets, in fact everything that you need to ensure you have one of the best holidays of your life.

The villa is ideally situated on a popular complex and is well liked by both families and young people. A car is not necessary if you plan to stay in the area, as everything you would need is within walking distance, however, off road parking is provided if required.

But the best part of this villa and the part that our guests enjoy the most is the large private pool and patio area. The large area around the pool ensures that there is enough room for everyone to relax in and the palm trees and colourful shrubs add that extra bit of tropical atmosphere. Revel in this same atmosphere late into the night as lights around the pool bring a subtlety to the mood.

Three bedrooms, two doubles and a twin, share a beautifully mosaic tiled family bathroom with two of the bedrooms sharing a large balcony at the front of the property, with views of Ayia Napa. The master double bedroom has a TV and a balcony to the rear of the villa overlooking green playing fields.

You can’t come to Ayia Napa without at least one visit to the Water Park and this villa is only about a 20 minute walk away. Ideal property and excellent location makes this property a must for anyone.
