This villa has a superb location of being just a stone’s throw away from the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean. Inside, the villa has modern furnishings with colorful touches and is enriched with every possible convenience to ensure a comfortable stay. The patio and pool area is surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden and is the perfect place to unwind with your morning coffee or evening cocktail.

The enclosed front garden is planted with mature trees and shrubs. Off road parking leads to a side entrance and a fenced gate leads to the pool area.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and the non frosted windows and doors have blinds.

The front door leads in to the open plan ground floor, which is very well laid out. The wooden dining table has a “lazy Susan” rotating buffet board and a modern light above.

The galley styled kitchen has light wood cabinets, drawers and black granite worktops. Six bar stools are positioned along the breakfast bar for informal dining. Fully equipped with an integrated fridge freezer and dishwasher, as well as an electric oven and gas hob, microwave and extractor fan. A window over the sink looks out to the front of the property and another side window lets the light flood in.

The lounge is laid out around a central wood burning fireplace, with windows either side. Relax on one of the three large sofas, access the villa’s free WiFi or entertain yourself with the flat screen TV with satellite channels, Wii (please remember your games), DVD player (bring own games) or iPod docking station. The area also has a wooden storage cupboard with two lamps and an electric fan. Beautiful wall canvasses add a welcome splash of colour.

There is also a convenient ground floor shower room with w/c, sink, round mirror, frosted window to the rear of the property and separate storage cupboard, next to stairs.

Outside, the pool is surrounded by a mature garden of trees, bushes, colourful shrubs and plants, adding to the feeling of seclusion. Six sunbeds are dotted around the pool with a parasol for shade. Enjoy eating al fresco, the meal cooked on the gas BBQ, at the glass dining table and 6 chairs, under the covered patio. The outdoor shower provided is a necessary convenience.

The stairs with iron handrail has a frosted window half way up and another one at the top. A large Zebra canvas dominates the stairs wall.

The first floor has 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin, and a family bathroom containing a shower over bath, frosted window, sink, glass shelf and round mirror. A separate airing cupboard houses the washing machine. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets and lamps.

The master double has a light mosaic tiled ensuite shower room with a frosted window, an oval sink sunk into a black marble storage unit, glass shelf, round mirror and a shaving socket. Patio doors lead to a Juliet balcony to the front of the property. An Audrey Hepburn canvas completes the look.

The twin bedrooms have a wooden shelf with mirror and patio doors leading out to a shared balcony overlooking the pool.
