The interior has been tastefully furnished with soft cream leather sofas and splashes of vibrant colors. Many features have been added to give a chic elegant style throughout. Soft ambient lighting and scented candles make it a haven for relaxation. Keep the children occupied with the playstation (please bring your own games) or the stunning pool, the perfect place for family fun.

Relax in the cool air conditioning and watch the satellite channels on the flat screen TV, pop in a DVD (remember to bring them with you) or connect to the villa’s free internet WiFi. There is also a ceiling fan between the lounge and dining area. The dining area with its large wooden dining table and 8 chairs has decorative vases lamps and candles, which really sets the mood for some fine dining. Patio doors lead from the lounge to the pool area and a further set from the dining area to a side patio with green gardens. A water dispenser is also provided for your convenience.

The fully equipped modern white kitchen and utility room have everything you need with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, electric oven and hob and microwave. The black granite work surface extends into a breakfast bar for informal dining with bar stools.

From early morning to late evening you can take advantage of the amazing pool with Roman steps and patio areas. Enjoy your early morning coffee on the comfortable sofas beside the shimmering crystal pool, soaking in the peace and tranquility. Late afternoon breezes gently blow from the ocean below, a time for relaxation on the sun beds and topping up you tan or a time for napping. A table tennis is provided for those feeling more energetic. Parasols and a wooden pergola are a perfect shaded retreat from the sunny pool area.

An outdoor shower and ground floor w/c are a welcome convenience as well as a gas BBQ. Another set of patio doors beside the stairs also lead to the patio and pool area.

The open stairs compete with handrail has 4 glass windows adding lots of light to the property and showing beautiful sea views. On the 1st floor there are 2 twin rooms and 2 double bedrooms and a family bathroom with shower over bath, vanity mirror and under sink storage.

Each of the good size bedrooms has fitted white finished wardrobes, patio doors onto balconies with table and chairs for two, bedside cabinets, lamps and dressing tables. Matching wood and metal theme furniture runs through the upper level in the glorious house. Colorful canvases and decorative light fittings add a more homely feel. There are sea views from two of the bedrooms.

The larger of the two double bedrooms has a tall standard lamp, a useful chest of drawers and a private ensuite shower room, which has a storage cupboard under the sink for your toiletries.
