This beautiful simply styled property sits unobtrusively at the bottom of a quiet cul-de-sac. A very welcoming gated property with off road parking, it has luscious green palm trees and shrubs at the front, which contrast perfectly with the brightness of the building.

The main door opens on to an air-conditioned lounge with 2 large black sofas and a round, black coffee table. Entertainment is provided via WiFi access, flat screen TV with satellite channels, DVD player (please bring your own DVDs) and playstation 2 (please bring your own games). Patio doors lead out to a partially shaded patio and pool area.

Leading onto the dining area there is a white dining table and 6 matching chairs. A burgundy glass desk with swivel chair, decorative canvasses and plant complete this small but functional area. A second set of patio doors lead out to the same partially shaded patio and pool area, whilst the third set of doors lead to a set of stairs that go down to the utility room with a washing machine and steam iron. There is also a ground floor shower room with w/c, modern square sink, vanity mirror, wooden shelves and drawers.

At the back of the property is a light wood and stainless steel kitchen, equipped with electric oven and hob and a fridge freezer. Two bar stools sit around the preparation island as the extractor fan hangs above the electric hob with spotlights either side.

The outside area is split into the patio/pool area and a grassed area. Both are surrounded by green palm and banana trees. The uniquely shaped pool, with Roman steps and ladder steps, has sunbeds dotted around. Enjoy eating al fresco, the meals that you have cooked on the gas BBQ, at the outdoor dining area. A very large parasol gives a shady respite from the heat. An outdoor shower is also provided.

Back indoors, make your way up to the first floor, where you will find 3 double bedrooms and a family bathroom, which has a shower over bath, oval glass hand basin, wooden shelves, drawers and a large frosted glass window.

The three air-conditioned bedrooms all have patio access to balconies, 2 rooms share 1 large balcony, with stunning sea views, and the other room has a private balcony at the front of the property. Both balconies have a table and chairs. Each have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets with lamps. Two of the rooms also have a chest of drawers and vanity mirrors and a wooden cot is available, should it be required.

The icing on the cake is a pull down ladder from the large balcony, which leads up to a roof top patio, with simply amazing views of the sea and surrounding area.
